Houses of Parliament: Objective: Design and delivery of a critical phase of work to enable senior personnel within the Houses of Parliament define system requirements for EDRMS (Electronic Data Record Management System). Participants included the most senior managers responsible for the program of work within both Houses.
Defra. Objective: Design and run a high profile event for the Secretary of State for Department of the Environment and Rural Affairs. The event was attended by approximately 150 delegates. Issues affecting a wide range of stakeholders were identified through carefully coordinated workshop sessions. The format of the activities changed during the progress of the day and culminated with a plenary session where the findings were presented back to the Minister.
Network Rail: Objective: Design and delivery of a number of large scale events (100+ delegates) over an eighteen month period as part of a process of communication and workforce engagement.
Department of Trade & Industry: Objective: Design and run an event with approximately 50 managers from across the DTI to identify potential implications of new legislation. The findings of the working groups were presented back to the junior minister who sponsored the event.
Ministry of Defense: Objective: Design and run an event to support a large project team engaged on one of the largest projects being undertaken within the MOD. The event enabled the team to review progress at a critical milestone and plan forward for a complex stage of this high value project.
