Global internet hosting company: Objective: Define an engagement ‘road map’ to support a major change programme. The programme was an integral part of a £200m project to implement radical technical change to service provision. (Local Loop Unbundling).

National retailer: Change consultant on the first phase of a £50 m. project to implement a new IT system to manage sales and stock inventory. Responsible for the design and delivery of programme of workshops with Directors and senior managers to ensure that the system specification was aligned with strategic objectives. Advising senior business sponsors from each of the four key business on the opportunity for process improvement and business re-engineering.

Multi-national oil company: Objective: Design and implementation of a performance management programme. This had a radical impact on the culture of the organisation and was supported with extensive consultation and training of managers to ensure consistency in the way that the scheme was implemented.
