Joseph is an experienced management consultant helping clients improve their business performance. He has an excellent track record of leading large IT implementations and managing the interdependencies for process redesign and organisational change. He is highly skilled in supporting clients develop innovative business solutions and building the internal skills required by the client deployment teams.

Prior to Resource, he worked as a Project Manager for IBM. He gained considerable experience of managing large IT implementations in the UK and Far East. Joseph was selected as Project Manager to lead IBM’s largest transformation project in Asia Pacific, working for China's leading telecommunication equipment manufacturer with over 40,000 employees. He led a project team of 35 consultants and over 200 client staff. A key objective was to build the skills and capabilities of the client team. In the 4 years that Joseph led the project the company doubled turnover and expanded internationally while increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Joseph is increasingly focused on supporting client teams develop the skills that they require to lead internal change initiatives, particularly where this is associated with IT implementations. He has extensive experience of facilitating client teams so that options for change are identified internally. Much of his time is now focused on developing the skills within the managers and supervisors who will champion the new ways of working.
