| Richard Joy |

Richard has specialised in organisational change for over 15 years. He now works with client teams to build the skills required to manage change programmes through a participative approach.
Resource Change Partners supports teams and individuals build the skills needed to ensure that the process of change is managed internally. This approach builds the skills and confidence to support those people who will become the champions for new ways of working.
Richard has wide experience of advising on stakeholder engagement and providing support for complex change projects. He is a highly skilled facilitator and specialises in the design of processes and formats at all stages of a project to ensure sustainable outcomes. Richard has extensive experience of training facilitation skills and has been a guest lecturer on the Warwick University MBA course.
Prior to Resource, he worked as a Project Manager for IBM, where he held responsibility for the delivery of major projects and specialised in Business Transformation and Organisational Change. He later moved into management within the SAP practice. Richard was one of IBM’s ‘Method Exponents’ responsible for ensuring that IBM’s Project Management Methods were understood and applied consistently by consultants. Richard also taught facilitation skills and ran ‘Facilitation Skills’ Master Classes whilst at IBM.
